Cheesy Green Rice

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rice, parsley, 1/3 cup cheese, onion, green pepper and garlic. In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, lemon juice and zest, salt, seasoned salt and pepper. Stir into the rice mixture.
  2. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
