Turkey-Noodle Parmesan
- 3 c. dry medium egg noodles
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
- chopped fresh parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese
- red onion strips for garnish
- In 3-quart saucepan, prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In same saucepan, combine soup, milk, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
- Add noodles and turkey.
- Over low heat, heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with onion strips, if desired.

- 20 minutes.
- Cook time:
- 10 minutes.
