Microwave Beef Stroganoff

  1. Stir oil and meat in 2-quart casserole until beef is coated. Cover and microwave until meat is no longer pink (4 to 5 minutes). Remove from casserole and reserve juices.
  2. Add mushrooms and onion to meat juices. Cover, microwave until mushrooms are tender (5 to 6 minutes).
  3. Shake water and flour in covered jar.
  4. Stir in mushrooms.
  5. Microwave to a boil.
  6. Boil for 30 seconds.
  7. Add rest of ingredients.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles.
