Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 chicken, boiled and boned
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks celery, cut small
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can nacho cheese soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- Mozzarella cheese for topping
- Boil spaghetti noodles in chicken broth (don't drain).
- Saute onion and celery in margarine.
- Mix chicken and celery mixture with the three cans of soup, the mushrooms, the cheese and the noodles.
- Put into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Top with more Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375u0b0 until cheese is melted and spaghetti bubbles.
