Peaches And Cream Cheese Cake

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into greased 8-inch round cake pan.
  3. Drain peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons of liquid; set aside. Arrange peaches over batter.
  4. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach juice; beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon mixture over peaches in center of cake, leaving a 1-inch border around edge of pan.
  5. Combine 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Remove; cool and chill.
