Chocolate Zucchini Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, oil, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla and water.
  4. Sift together remaining dry ingredients.
  5. Add to liquid ingredients and mix well.
  6. Add grated zucchini and stir until blended.
  7. Pour into prepared pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool and frost with favorite icing.
