Rhonda'S Nachos El Grande
- tortilla chips
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 avocados, mashed
- tomatoes, diced
- jalapenos, diced (fresh)
- cilantro, chopped (fresh)
- lots of shredded Cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- hamburger, seasoned with taco seasoning and drained
- Spread a layer of chips on an ovenproof platter.
- Sprinkle some Cheddar cheese over the chips, then add the hamburger on top of that.
- Have refried beans heated in a glass measuring cup (with some water added to make it a little soupier) and pour or spoon over the hamburger.
- Add remaining cheese on top.
- Place platter in oven on broil; watch until cheese is bubbly and chips turn light brown.
- Remove; quickly sprinkle tomatoes and jalapenos evenly.
- Dot the entire top with sour cream and guacamole.
