Hearty Brunch Bread

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Make a well in the center of the mixture.
  2. Combine yogurt and egg whites.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Fold in raisins and pecans.
  6. Spoon batter into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until done.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan.
  10. Yield: 16 servings.
  11. Contains 103 calories, 3.3 protein, 1.9 fat, 19.4 carb. and 1 chol. per serving.
