Spanish Turkey Tenderloins

  1. Rub turkey with oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170u0b0, turning occasionally. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the relish ingredients. Serve with turkey.
