Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Heat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Make pocket in side of each chop.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, onion, celery, corn, green pepper and poultry seasoning.
  4. Fill each pocket with dressing.
  5. Close openings with small skewers.
  6. Rub with mustard.
  7. Sprinkle both sides with flour and paprika.
  8. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Add a small amount of water.
  9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle oil over chops. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Brown under broiler before serving.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
