Easy Breezy Turkey Loaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Pat into an ungreased 9x5-in. loaf pan.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce over loaf. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 165u0b0 and juices run clear.
  3. Securely wrap individual portions of cooled meat loaf in foil. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Unwrap meat loaf; reheat on a greased shallow baking pan in a preheated 350u0b0 oven until heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165u0b0.
