Pepper Steak

  1. Heat wok or large skillet.
  2. Pour in oil and garlic.
  3. Cook garlic until brown and remove.
  4. Stir-fry meat 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Add the mushrooms, bell peppers, green onions and bamboo shoots and stir-fry 7 to 8 minutes.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients together and pour over meat mixture.
  7. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until thick. Serve over hot rice.
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
