Cool Veggie Pizza
- 1 pkg. Crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove pressed
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups assorted fresh vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, cukes, green or red bell pepper, green onions, tomato, mushrooms, carrots, yellow summer squash or zucchini)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles. On a large round stone or pizza pan, arrange in a circle with points in the center and wide ends on the outside. Press seams together to seal.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Can also be made on an oblong pan or stone.
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and dill weed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
- Prepare veggies by dicing or slicing into small pieces and sprinkle over pizza.
- Cut into triangles or squares.
- 10 servings.
