Porcanoo(Pork, Cabbage And Noodles)

  1. Cook noodles and set aside.
  2. Shred cabbage, carrot, celery and onion or cut into small pieces.
  3. Cut meat into small pieces. Brown meat in skillet with very little oil.
  4. Add garlic and lightly brown it.
  5. Add water and bring to a boil on medium heat. When meat is tender, add carrot, cabbage and celery.
  6. Bring to boil, adding a little more water if needed.
  7. Add rest of ingredients, including cooked noodles.
  8. Cook slowly, stirring all ingredients together.
  9. Serves 4.
