Porcanoo(Pork, Cabbage And Noodles)
- 1 tsp. Accent food flavoring
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 medium pork chops, deboned
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium celery stalk
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 medium cabbage
- 3/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- black pepper to taste
- 1 small pkg. thin egg noodles
- Cook noodles and set aside.
- Shred cabbage, carrot, celery and onion or cut into small pieces.
- Cut meat into small pieces. Brown meat in skillet with very little oil.
- Add garlic and lightly brown it.
- Add water and bring to a boil on medium heat. When meat is tender, add carrot, cabbage and celery.
- Bring to boil, adding a little more water if needed.
- Add rest of ingredients, including cooked noodles.
- Cook slowly, stirring all ingredients together.
- Serves 4.
