Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Melt margarine in a 2-quart casserole dish. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and milk; beat with a wire whisk. Carefully pour the batter into the center of the melted margarine.
  2. DO NOT STIR. Next, pour peaches (juice included) into the center of the batter.
  3. The fruit will spread on its own so do not mix.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown. Scoop into bowls and serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
