Pumpkin Pie(Microwave)

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients (except shell) in order given.
  2. Beat until well blended.
  3. Pour mixture into pie shell. Microwave, uncovered, 4 minutes, until edges begin to set.
  4. With a spoon, carefully pull the cooked portions to center of dish. Microwave, uncovered, an additional 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Turn pie plate one-half turn after 3 minutes and again pull cooked portion to center.
  7. Pie is done when knife inserted is clean.
  8. Cool.
  9. Makes one 9-inch pie.
