Easy Chocolate Freeze

  1. Line 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with waxed paper.
  2. Extend over sides. Mix crumbs with 6 tablespoons margarine; set aside.
  3. Melt 7 squares chocolate and margarine over very low heat, stirring constantly. Cool.
  4. Beat eggs in large bowl.
  5. Beat in sugar at high speed of mixer until thick about 10 minutes.
  6. Fold in chocolate mixture and vanilla, then 4 cups of Cool Whip.
  7. Spoon about 1 1/2 cups into pan.
  8. Sprinkle 2/3 cup cookie crumbs; press lightly.
  9. Repeat layers.
  10. Freeze overnight.
  11. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate.
