Grilled Orange Flank Steak

  1. In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; mix well. Pour 1 cup marinade into a large bowl; Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade. Add beef to the bowl; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Drain and discard marinade from beef. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat for 10-12 minutes on each side or until beef reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135u0b0; medium, 140u0b0; medium well, 145u0b0), basting frequently with reserved marinade and turning once.
