White Chip Chocolate Cookies
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. baking cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (4 oz.) container Egg Beaters
- 2 c. Nestle Toll House Premier white morsels
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat margarine, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in morsels.
- Drop by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 9 to 11 minutes.
- Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
- Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
