All American Burger

  1. Combine first eight ingredients (garlic, catsup, steak sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, vinegar and hot sauce) in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Combine beef, salt and pepper; form into 4 (3/4-inch thick) patties.
  3. Grill over medium-hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes (until done, turning once and brushing often with sauce).
  4. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
