Barbecued Ribs
- 2 lb. spareribs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of garlic salt
- 4 thin lemon slices
- green onions (optional)
- Cut ribs into serving sized pieces.
- Place into a Dutch oven and cover with water.
- Add 3/4 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes; drain.
- Place ribs in shallow baking pan.
- Combine next nine ingredients, mixing well. Pour sauce over ribs; bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Garnish with green onions, if desired. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
