Peach Fruitcake

  1. In very large mixing bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves.
  2. Stir in fruits and peels, nuts and raisins.
  3. Add peaches, milk, mincemeat and brandy; mix well. Turn into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
  4. Bake in a 300u0b0 oven for 2 hours or until done.
  5. Cool completely; remove from pans.
  6. Wrap in foil or clear plastic wrap and store in a cool place.
  7. Makes 2 fruitcakes.
