Spaghetti Casserole(The Best!)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
- 1 lb. ground turkey breast or chicken breast
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms, sauteed
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/2 c. shredded fat-free Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Weight Watchers fat-free Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add mushrooms; simmer and stir 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer 5 more minutes.
- Add spaghetti sauce mix and stir.
- Pour mixture over spaghetti and mix.
- Pour half the mixture into large casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and add remaining spaghetti mixture.
- Top with Parmesan and bake at 375u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Recipe makes 8 servings.
- Ultra low-fat.
