Pumpkin Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In large mixer bowl, combine sugar, butter and eggs.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping often until mixture is light and fluffy (1 to 2 minutes).
  4. Add pumpkin and bananas. Continue beating until well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. (Mixture will have curdled appearance.)
  6. Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix just until moistened (about 1 minute).
  7. Stir in nuts.
  8. Spread into 2 greased
  9. 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
  10. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  11. Cool upright in pans for 5 minutes.
  12. Remove from pans.
  13. Cool completely.
  14. Yields 2 loaves.
