Chicken And Dressing Casserole
- 5 c. toasted dry bread cubes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
- 5 eggs
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasonings
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- Combine bread cubes to celery in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Place chicken over cubes, spreading to cover.
- Sprinkle with onions.
- Combine eggs, soup, milk, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
- Pour over chicken.
- Combine flour and cheese; cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over casserole and top with almonds.
