Cranberry-Nut Poppy Seed Bread

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, orange juice, oil, poppy seeds and orange zest. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
  2. Spoon into two greased 8x4-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350u0b0 for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (cover loosely with foil if tops brown too quickly). Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
