Coffee Cake(Frozen Bread Dough)
- 2 loaves frozen dough
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 to 1 c. pecans or walnuts
- Defrost dough and let rise until doubled in bulk.
- Melt butter.
- Mix together sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- When bread is doubled in bulk, grease a 10-inch ring form pan well with some of the melted butter.
- (Can use 9 x 13-inch pan.)
- Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan, then sprinkle about 4 tablespoons of the sugar-cinnamon mixture over nuts.
- Cut dough into 2-inch balls (golf ball); roll up and dip balls in melted butter, then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
- Place balls in layers on bottom of pan. Drizzle leftover butter-sugar cinnamon on top.
- Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 325u0b0.
- Let cool 5 minutes and slide out of pan.
