Coffee Cake(Frozen Bread Dough)

  1. Defrost dough and let rise until doubled in bulk.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Mix together sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. When bread is doubled in bulk, grease a 10-inch ring form pan well with some of the melted butter.
  5. (Can use 9 x 13-inch pan.)
  6. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan, then sprinkle about 4 tablespoons of the sugar-cinnamon mixture over nuts.
  7. Cut dough into 2-inch balls (golf ball); roll up and dip balls in melted butter, then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
  8. Place balls in layers on bottom of pan. Drizzle leftover butter-sugar cinnamon on top.
  9. Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes at 325u0b0.
  11. Let cool 5 minutes and slide out of pan.
