Butterscotch Delight

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted margarine.
  2. Press firmly into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of Cool Whip.
  4. Spread over crust.
  5. Prepare pudding according to package directions using the 3 1/2 cups milk.
  6. Pour over cream cheese layer.
  7. Chill several hours. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
  8. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
  9. Can also substitute lemon or chocolate pudding.
