Seafood Casserole(For A Crowd)
- 3 lb. shrimp (raw), cleaned
- 2 pkg. King crab meat
- 2 pkg. fish fillets, chunked (preferable sole)
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. minced onions
- 2 c. minced celery
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. bread crumbs
- 2 sticks butter
- lemon slices (optional)
- parsley sprigs (optional)
- Thoroughly mix first 10 ingredients in large container. Divide into two 3-quart casserole dishes.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of each casserole.
- Melt butter and drizzle over bread crumbs.
- Bake 30 minutes or until brown in moderate oven (350u0b0). May be garnished with parsley sprigs and lemon slices.
- Serves 16 to 18.
