Pressure Cooker Celebration Brussels Sprouts

  1. Combine Brussels sprouts, apples, cranberries and 4 slices bacon. In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, syrup, oil, salt and pepper; pour over Brussels sprouts mixture, tossing to coat. Transfer to a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker. Lock lid; make sure vent is closed. Select manual setting; adjust pressure to high and set time for 3 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release pressure according to manufacturer's directions. To serve, sprinkle with hazelnuts and remaining bacon.
