Chicken Crescent Squares
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic
- 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farms Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) cans dinner crescent rolls
- Tear chicken into pieces.
- Mix together with first 6 ingredients. Put two crescent roll triangles together to make a square, spoon about 1/4 cup of mixture into the center of the square.
- Fold corners up and seal all sides.
- Dip into melted butter, add a little parmesan and garlic to bread crumbs and dip square into bread crumbs.
- Place on baking sheet and bake at 350u0b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 8 squares.
