Christmas Crunches

  1. Cream butter; add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in oats, corn flakes, coconut and pecans.
  5. Shape dough in 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
  7. Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
