Chicken Or Turkey Strata(Low-Fat)

  1. Place the cubes of bread on bottom of a 12 x 8-inch nonstick pan.
  2. Combine the chicken, onion, celery, chilies, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl and spoon over the bread cubes. Tear tortillas into bite-sized pieces and place them on top of the chicken mixture.
  3. Combine the eggs, milk, cottage cheese and soup in a small bowl and pour over the top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Preheat oven to 325u0b0 and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the dish is firm and set. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8. Contains 328 calories per serving.
