Stuffed Shells
- 2 Tbsp. ground beef
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. box large shells
- 2 qt. jars spaghetti sauce
- 2 tsp. Italian spice (add to spaghetti sauce jar)
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Brown together ground beef, onions and garlic.
- Drain.
- Mix Mozzarella cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cook shells in boiling water 12 to 15 minutes.
- Drain. Mix meat mixture with cheese mixture.
- Fill shells with 1 tablespoon of mixture.
- Place a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of two 9 x 13-inch pans.
- Place stuffed shells in pan. Cover with balance of sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
