Biscuit Barbecups

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Grease 10 muffin cups.
  3. Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain.
  4. Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
  5. Cook 1 minute to blend flavors, stirring constantly. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  6. Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup; firmly press in bottom and up sides, forming 1/4-inch rim.
  7. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit-lined cup.
  8. Sprinkle each with cheese.
  9. Bake at 400u0b0 for 10 to 20 minutes or until edges of biscuits are golden brown.
  10. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan.
  11. Makes 10 servings.
