Impossible Chili Pie
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope chili seasoning mix
- 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 3 eggs
- Heat oven to 400u0b0.
- Grease pie plate (large 10 x 1 1/2-inch). Cook and stir ground chuck in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain and stir in onion, tomatoes and seasoning mix (dry).
- Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender or with mixer.
- Pour into plates.
- Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream (optional), shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes if desired.
- Serves 6 to 8.
