Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

  1. In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
  2. In a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and sides. Chill.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Add milk and syrup.
  5. In a small cup, dissolve the instant coffee in hot water.
  6. Add to chocolate mixture; mix well.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream.
  8. Pour into prepared pan.
  9. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  10. If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings.
  11. Return leftovers to freezer.
  12. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
