Grandma Simon'S Chicken Liver Pate

  1. Boil chicken livers and all the spices until livers are cooked.
  2. Drain and cool livers, then grind.
  3. Saute onion, celery, parsley and green pepper.
  4. Add this mixture to the liver, adding mayonnaise to obtain desired spreading consistency.
  5. Add pickle relish, olives and minced hard-boiled eggs.
  6. Mix and refrigerate.
