Mexican Lasagna

  1. Brown meat; drain. Add seasoning, sauce and salsa and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. In 9 x 13-inch pan, spray Pam. Line bottom of pan with single layer of tortillas (you can cut tortillas to evenly line pan). Put 1/2 of meat mixture on tortillas. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg and oregano. Spread entire mixture over layer of meat. Add another layer of tortillas, then add remaining meat. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 25 minutes. Before serving, garnish with diced tomato, sliced jalapenos, green onion and black olives.
