Turkey And Rice Quiche(Makes 8 Servings; 16 Triangles)

  1. Combine rice, turkey, tomato, onions, green pepper, basil, salt, ground red pepper, milk and eggs in 13 x 9-inch pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Top with cheeses.
  3. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. To serve, cut quiche into 8 squares; cut each square diagonally into 2 triangles.
  4. Garnish as desired.
