- Dash ground nutmeg
- Dash paprika
- 1-1/3 pounds finely ground fully cooked ham
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Sprinkle ham and sausage over the cracker mixture and mix well. Shape into two loaves. Place in ungreased 9x5-in. loaf pans. Cover and freeze one meat loaf for up to 2 months. Bake the remaining loaf, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.

- Cover and freeze reserved glaze for up to 2 months.
