Halibut-Vegetable Dinner Bake(Serves 6)

  1. Thaw fish, if frozen; cut into serving size portions.
  2. Arrange onion in bottom of greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Top onion with fish.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top of fish.
  5. Combine wine, lime juice and seasonings; pour over vegetables.
  6. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
  8. Contains 230 calories per serving.
