Sausage Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In medium skillet fry sausage until cooked.
  3. Remove sausage from the skillet.
  4. Reserve 2 tablespoons of fat and saute onion and green pepper in the fat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Combine sausage, cheese, flour, green pepper, onion and parsley.
  6. Spread in pie crust.
  7. Mix milk and eggs and pour over meat in shell.
  8. Bake on cookie sheet 35 to 40 minutes or until filling sets.
