Seafood Salad
- 1 box macaroni
- 1 can crabmeat
- 2 cans deveined shrimp
- 2 cans tuna (in water), drained
- 1 lb. imitation crab sticks
- 2 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sweet pickles or relish
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook macaroni until done; drain.
- Wash well with cold water. Add crabmeat (shells removed).
- Add tuna and shrimp.
- Chop imitation crabmeat into bite size pieces and add to mixture.
- Add onion, relish and green pepper.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Add salt, pepper, sugar and seafood seasoning.
- Refrigerate covered.
- Add mayonnaise 1/2 to 1 hour prior to serving.
- Mix well.
- Serve on lettuce on shaped seafood dishes.
- Serves 20 people.
