Seafood Salad

  1. Cook macaroni until done; drain.
  2. Wash well with cold water. Add crabmeat (shells removed).
  3. Add tuna and shrimp.
  4. Chop imitation crabmeat into bite size pieces and add to mixture.
  5. Add onion, relish and green pepper.
  6. Stir thoroughly.
  7. Add salt, pepper, sugar and seafood seasoning.
  8. Refrigerate covered.
  9. Add mayonnaise 1/2 to 1 hour prior to serving.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Serve on lettuce on shaped seafood dishes.
  12. Serves 20 people.
