Chicken And Wild Rice

  1. Prepare rices (1 cup dry rice - 3 cups cooked).
  2. (One 6 ounce Uncle Ben's rice is what I use.)
  3. Saute in butter, celery, bell pepper, onion, water chestnuts and pimentos.
  4. Mix in soups, half and half, chicken and rice.
  5. Allow mixture to blend well.
  6. Bake in oven at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  7. Add grated cheese, cook and additional 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with bacon bits sprinkled.
