Spaghetti Dinner
- 1 small pkg. spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground round
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- salt to taste
- 1/4 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 lb. ground sausage
- 1 c. tomato paste
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper seed
- 1/4 c. mushrooms
- Boil spaghetti.
- In large skillet, add diced onion and green pepper.
- Add meats; cook until brown in color.
- Add all seasonings.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add tomato paste with 2 cups water.
- Simmer.
- Mix in mushrooms and salt.
- Drain water from spaghetti.
- Add mixture.
- Finally, add sauce.
- Let stand 1/2 hour in covered boiler.
