Spanish Lasagna
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 can black olives
- 2 1/2 c. Picante sauce
- green onions, chopped
- cheese, grated
- Mix raw hamburger, beans and spices.
- In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, place four uncooked noodles.
- Spread half the beef/bean mixture.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and mixture two more times; ending with noodles on top.
- Combine water and Picante sauce.
- Pour over all the layers.
- Cover tightly with foil and cook at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove from oven.
- Combine sour cream, onions and olives.
- Spread this mixture on layers and top with cheese.
- Return to oven until cheese melts.
