Mandarin Steak

  1. Trim fat from steak.
  2. Combine orange juice and next 3 ingredients in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish; add steak, turning to coat.
  3. Cover and marinate 10 minutes.
  4. Remove steak from marinade, reserving 1/4 cup marinade.
  5. Place steak on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 5 minutes.
  7. Turn steak and broil an additional 2 minutes. Top steak with green onions; broil 2 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
  8. Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch slices.
  9. Place steak and onions on a serving platter; set aside and keep warm.
