Pumpkin Dessert
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2/3 c milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Cool Whip
- Melt butter; mix with flour and pecans.
- Pat in bottom of 8-inch square pan or dish.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes; let cool.
- Mix together cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; spread over crust.
- Mix together pudding, 1 cup Cool Whip, pumpkin, milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
- Put on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Spread Cool Whip over the top.
