Grandma'S Casserole(Weight Watchers)

  1. Saute onion, green pepper and celery in margarine; set aside. Brown ground meat for about 5 minutes; add all seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and mushrooms.
  2. Stir in vegetables and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Spoon small amount of this sauce over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Top with noodles.
  5. Cover with remaining sauce and top with Mozzarella.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 8 servings. One serving equals 3 protein, 1 bread, 1/2 fat and 1 vegetable.
